Pigliavento Associates, LLC is a family-owned construction company specializing in all types of residential contracting. The company was founded in 1983 by Edward Pigliavento, Sr., and two of his sons, Edward Jr. and Michael as Pigliavento Builders. When the company first began, they intended to only own and operate the 82-unit Brookview Court Apartments in Rotterdam, NY. As the company continued growing though, they eventually transitioned into building condominiums in 1987.

Over the years, we have built 1,000+ homes, including apartments, condominiums, single-family homes, and townhouses. In addition to new construction, remodeling projects have also been a significant part of the business. In 2024, they scaled up their business to be Pigliavento Associates, LLC,  allowing them to focus on their increased scope of work.
